What is included?

  • A 1/2 hour chat, any time Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Saturdays

  • An email summarising our chat, emailed to you within 7 days

  • Another 1/2 hour chat in 3 months to see how you are going, and make any necessary adjustments

Why are you offering this?

It is really hard to prioritise ourselves. After your recent float, massage or sauna, though, you probably felt that you should do more for yourself. I want to help you start that journey by removing the cost barrier.

What sort of things will we discuss?

We will discuss you. Your health and fitness goals, your health history, your medications, what you eat, your job, how you feel. All of this information helps me piece together a reason that you feel how you do, why you can’t be as healthy or as fit as you want to be, and helps me determine what you need to do to be on track to being more healthy.

What if I want more detailed support?

If you need more detailed support, I will be able to identify this during our chat, and I will be able to book you in for a detailed follow-up consultation.
