Periodised Nutrition Support
Following a periodised training program is the best way to ensure you meet your sport and fitness goals. If you have a periodised training program, we will use this. If you don’t have one, I can put you in touch with a personal trainer who can develop one for you.
I will then work with you and your training program over a six month period to ensure that every meal you eat is consistent with your program.
Throughout, you will have two body composition assessments to make sure you are on track.
What to expect in our sessions
In the first session we will discuss your sport or fitness goals, your periodised training program (if you have one) your dietary preferences and your health history.
I will follow this up with a suggested meal plan and supplement recommendations (if necessary) via email.
In the follow-up sessions we will discuss your progress, any challenges you have encountered, and any changes to your training program. Every time you enter a new phase in your training, I will have a fully customised meal plan ready to go.
Unlimited Email Support
Throughout the entire six month period you can email me with any questions, concerns or information you have to help tailor your fitness journey to best suit your needs. The more information I have, the better I can help!
Extending Your Subscription
If your training goals need longer than six months, then add on the additional 6 month extension for only $400 (incl. GST). We will continue to work together to help you reach your goals.
